1. Commitment to Ethical Conduct
Empowering Millions LLC is committed to conducting its activities in accordance with high ethical standards and applicable laws. We do not tolerate bribery, corruption, fraud, extortion, money laundering, terrorist financing, human trafficking, exploitation, tax fraud, unlawful discrimination, forced labor, or other unlawful or unethical conduct.
We expect supporters, partners, contractors, vendors, service providers, collaborators, and representatives connected to our initiatives to act with honesty, transparency, and integrity.
2. No Bribes, Kickbacks, or Improper Payments
Empowering Millions LLC does not offer, pay, request, accept, or authorize bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments, improper gifts, secret commissions, or other improper benefits.
No person or organization may offer anything of value to improperly influence a decision, partnership, payment, contract, support arrangement, public official, business relationship, or project outcome connected to Empowering Millions LLC or the Agape Empowering Millions initiative. This applies whether the improper conduct is carried out directly or indirectly through third parties, intermediaries, agents, consultants, contractors, or affiliated persons.
3. Gifts, Hospitality, and Conflicts of Interest
Reasonable and modest hospitality may be acceptable where it is lawful, transparent, proportionate, and not intended to improperly influence any decision. However, gifts, hospitality, travel, entertainment, favors, discounts, personal benefits, or other advantages may create ethical concerns if they appear excessive, secretive, inappropriate, or connected to an expectation of preferential treatment.
Anyone connected to Empowering Millions LLC should avoid situations where personal interests, family interests, financial interests, or outside relationships may conflict with the best interests of the initiative. Potential conflicts of interest should be disclosed promptly.
4. Support, Sponsorships, Contributions, and Partnerships
Empowering Millions LLC may receive support, sponsorships, contributions, payments, bank transfers, professional services, goods, equipment, or partnership support connected to the Agape Empowering Millions initiative. At this stage, such support is received and administered by Empowering Millions LLC and should not be understood as a tax-deductible charitable donation unless specifically confirmed in writing under an applicable registered charitable or tax-exempt structure.
Empowering Millions LLC reserves the right to decline, reject, return, suspend, or terminate support, sponsorships, payments, contributions, partnerships, or collaborations that may:
- conflict with our mission or values
- create legal, ethical, reputational, or operational risk
- involve bribery, corruption, fraud, exploitation, money laundering, or unlawful conduct
- appear to improperly influence decisions or project direction
- be connected to human trafficking, forced labor, terrorism, organized crime, or other serious misconduct
- be inconsistent with dignity-centered support, responsible stewardship, or community wellbeing
5. Due Diligence and Responsible Stewardship
Empowering Millions LLC may conduct reasonable due diligence on supporters, sponsors, partners, vendors, contractors, service providers, or collaborators where appropriate. This may include reviewing:
- identity and contact information
- organizational background
- source and purpose of support
- ownership or control structures
- reputation and public information
- potential conflicts of interest
- sanctions, corruption, fraud, trafficking, or money laundering risks
- alignment with our mission and values
Due diligence is not merely a formality. It is part of our commitment to responsible stewardship, transparency, and protecting the integrity of our mission.
6. Financial Integrity and Recordkeeping
Empowering Millions LLC seeks to maintain accurate records of support, sponsorships, payments, expenses, project-related transactions, and business activities. No false, misleading, incomplete, or artificial records should be created in connection with Empowering Millions LLC or the Agape Empowering Millions initiative. Support, payments, or expenses should be recorded in a way that reasonably reflects their nature and purpose.
7. Reporting Concerns
We encourage anyone who becomes aware of suspected bribery, corruption, fraud, exploitation, money laundering, unethical conduct, conflicts of interest, or other misconduct connected to Empowering Millions LLC or the Agape Empowering Millions initiative to report the concern promptly. Reports may relate to:
- improper payments
- suspicious support or sponsorships
- fraud or misuse of funds
- conflicts of interest
- unethical influence
- exploitation or abuse
- misconduct by partners, contractors, vendors, supporters, or representatives
- any activity that may harm the integrity of the initiative

9. Information to Include in a Report
When reporting a concern, please include as much detail as possible, such as:
- who may have been involved
- what happened
- when it happened
- where it happened
- whether it happened more than once
- who else may have relevant information
- whether any documents, emails, messages, invoices, transfers, or records exist
- how the concern relates to Empowering Millions LLC or the Agape Empowering Millions initiative
- whether any Empowering Millions LLC representative, partner, contractor, supporter, or service provider was involved
10. Review and Response
Empowering Millions LLC will review reports in a manner appropriate to the nature and seriousness of the concern. Where appropriate, we may:
- request additional information
- review records
- consult legal, financial, or compliance advisors
- suspend or terminate relationships
- decline or return support
- take corrective action
- report matters to authorities where legally required or appropriate
We will seek to handle reports responsibly, fairly, and with appropriate confidentiality.
11. No Retaliation
Empowering Millions LLC does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. A good-faith report means the person reasonably believes the information provided may be true, even if the concern is not ultimately confirmed.
12. Policy Updates
Empowering Millions LLC may update this Anti-Corruption, Integrity & Responsible Support Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
